Sin duda, una de las novedades m\u00e1s innovadoras ha sido la irrupci\u00f3n de los sistemas para pavimentos sobreelevados en la colocaci\u00f3n cer\u00e1mica. Estos sistemas permiten colocar baldosas de manera flotante separando la cer\u00e1mica del forjado o la solera de hormig\u00f3n, logrando separar las baldosas cer\u00e1micas del pavimento utilizando unas piezas sint\u00e9ticas llamadas <em>plots<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ferrolan.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/maxresdefault.jpg\" alt=\"plots colocacion\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los <em>plots<\/em> son un sistema modular compuesto por piezas planas que se pueden regular para acomodar sobre ellos cualquier tipo de pavimento siempre y cuando cumpla unas determinadas condiciones. Se trata de un sistema extraordinariamente eficaz, ya que permite crear un espacio t\u00e9cnico continuo bajo la superficie de tr\u00e1nsito tanto en espacios interiores y exteriores. Gracias a su flexibilidad de uso y la rapidez de instalaci\u00f3n puede utilizarse en obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios, incluso colocando pavimentos nuevos sobre pavimentos antiguos.<\/p>\n<h2>Cu\u00e1ntos PLOTS entran por m2?<\/h2>\n<p>La cantidad de plots por m2 depender\u00e1 de diferentes factores. Por un lado, y como es obvio, viene principalmente determinada por las dimensiones de la baldosa. Otra de las ventajas es que al tratarse de un sistema registrable existe la posibilidad de hacer modificaciones en todas las fases del proyecto. Otra ventaja es que no hay tiempos de secado y el pavimento se puede transitar inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de haberlo instalado. Por \u00faltimo, son f\u00e1cilmente removibles. \u00bfPero en que medidas puedes encontrar los <em>plots<\/em>? Posibilidad de compensar pendientes de hasta el 5%<\/li>\n<li>Se recomienda la utilizaci\u00f3n de un quinto plot central en la pieza para distribuir mejor las cargas<\/li>\n<li>Se recomienda no realizar colocaciones de sobreelevado de altura superiores a los 100 mm.
